Bliss beauty salon is located in the center of Tallinn and was started in 1997 and is already celebrating 27 years of operation in the same place with the same owners. Over the years, the salon has constantly developed, bringing new services and products to its range again and again. A suitable salon for a busy city person to switch off from everyday life and take time to pamper oneself.
